In order to test the features of https://drafts.csswg.org/css-color-adjust/#forced, we need to be able to switch on the OS-level features that trigger it. In Windows, that's High Contrast Mode, in Color Settings.

(Unsure what, if anything, activates it in Mac or Linux.)
