Motivation for this change

wanted to verify some packages with python39, noticed it was out of date.

Since we dont recurse into the package set, this shouldn't cause too many rebuilds.

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS linux)
• Built on platform(s)
