The Conda environment for readthedocs build installs yosys. However, the most up-to-date Yosys package used in SymbiFlow is symbiflow-yosys.

Unfortunately the latter conflicts with netlistsvg (actually their dependencies are in conflict) so it cannot be installed along it. So currently yosys is used. But that should be fixed.
