This pull request allows the rainloop data directory to be overridden with an environment variable at runtime, thereby allowing the package to be used to serve multiple instances without having to override the data directory and build a new package. If the RAINLOOP_DATA_DIR environment variable is not set, the package behaves as it previously did.
