SolveSpace version: master

Operating system: debian 9 amd64

Expected behavior

Successful results

Actual behavior

Boolean operation failure error, some red edges highlighted on the extrusion, and a spurious chord appears from intersecting geometry.

Additional information

Open tapered-rafter-12-to-10-to-8-gusseted-truss.slvs in the attached zip to repro:
