update to recent upstream release

Motivation for this change

This is new stable release.
It is also important that Odroid C4 board is supported starting from this version and I am working on the patchset to enable Odroid C4 board in NixOS.

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS linux)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nixpkgs-review --run "nixpkgs-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

What was done:

  • Cross-compiling all U-Boot attributes.

What was not done:

  • Booting a U-Boot

Though there is pretty much no reason to think things won't work when it did.

I'm letting some time for other users to pipe up just in case, but this can be merged soon.

  • Raspberry Pi 2 B
  • ODROID-XU4
  • ODROID-C2
  • Rock64
  • RockPro64
