Reverts #100991

Although it fixed the build, the program just crashes at runtime now.

Probably better to just update from upstream and hope that they have fixed the issue

My nvidiaPersistenced is false, and yet my switch is trying to build nvidia-persistenced. Is this why?

glibc bump is the reason why, this fixes the build, but not in a good way
