There is an issue with prjxray tools, specifically bitread, which prevents to correctly read the bitstream data, affecting the FASM output.

In particular, certain BRAMS in the bitstream have the INIT values incorrectly read, generating differences in the output FASM files with fasm2bels, such as point 1 in this comment

There is a WIP PR with a fix here.
