Add example of doing post place and route simulation #62

Advanced users might want to do simulation of their system after place and route. This was something that @QuickLogic-Corp was very interested in. The VtR docs also have this functionality described at https://docs.verilogtorouting.org/en/latest/tutorials/timing_simulation/

It should be extremely simple to do this.
