CSV import: allow waveforms to be dense packed if all samples are equidistant #425

Right now all CSV imported waveforms are assumed sparse which can hurt performance and use more disk space than necessary.

Also, autodetecting the sample rate from a CSV would enable a more plausible display of sample rate rather than 1 PS/s.
