Motivation / Problem

To help Koreans contribute, we created a file that translated the README.md file and the knock-bugs.txt file into Korean
In particular, because the knock-bugs.txt file is indented, The translator of the web page does not translate.
Therefore, the translation file is expected to be helpful.

Description

I added two translated files.

Limitations

When each original file is changed,
it need to modify that part of the translation file.

In my opinion, translated documentation is better to put on the wiki.

Indeed, this would be too difficult to effectively keep in sync with other languages.
