Allow user to specify a postprocessing filter for de-embeds #522

The current de-embed filter will boost gain arbitrarily high, and can amplify noise in the stopband of a probe etc.

The user should be able to apply a smooth roll-off to the inverted S-parameters to avoid boosting out-of-band content.
