[New Feature] Orbit Inspector for non-repetitive orbit analysis #2823

by clicking a place on orbit line twice (can be ordinary points, Ap/Pe/AN/DN, Node)
It will then give out the position and speed data of this point (normally the point may not be right on the numerically calculated points, do interpolation between the nearest two numerical calculated points.
This will help designing gravity assist trajectories a lot.
It will be displayed as a scriptable window (inputs: x y z vx vy vz)
with some pre-tuned presets (like inspection of total vel, horizontal vel, vertical vel, latitude, longitude, time from now)
window design (example, the bottom is the showcase with unit, and the middle is the showcase with
