The main reason for this is to reduce the friction for updating and improving LVGUI.

In addition, this PR:

  • Improves handling of the debug flag for mruby
  • Shares more libraries among sub-projects

This PR is mostly churn. Though it will open the door for further PRs actually improving LVGUI.
