Branch Quicklogic : Target <design>_chandalar_bit_v does not build #1557

The target _chandalar_bit_v, when built shows the below errors:

File "/home/build/symbiflow-arch-defs/quicklogic/utils/fasm2bels.py", line 75, in init
assp_tile = self.vpr_tile_grid[Loc(1, 1)]
TypeError: new() missing 1 required positional argument: 'z'
make[3]: *** [quicklogic/tests/quicklogic_testsuite/osc_alu/osc_alu-ql-chandalar/ql-s3-ql-eos-s3-virt-ql-eos-s3-wlcsp/top_bit.v] Error 1
