Weird that we use Digilent Basys OpenOCD configuration with the Arty board #1594

It seems weird that we are using the Digilent Basys OpenOCD configuration file with the Arty board. I'm guessing it is because they are "programmer" compatible?

I remember finding https://gist.github.com/mithro/9f60cbd59c91b015c6491a0b2a091500 and seeing that it's exactly the same with basys3's configuration while doing #1006. Seems like I just copied the PROG_CMD line from above.
