[20.03] rippled: update to 1.5.0 as 1.4.0 no longer syncs #92724

Motivation for this change

The ripple blockchain network has undergone a couple of upgrades which prevent nodes <1.5.0 from interacting with the network. This is a breaking upgrade, and thus 1.5.0 should be backported

  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nixpkgs-review --run "nixpkgs-review wip"

  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

Hm, somewhat unsure why it fails now but worked a couple of days ago when merging to master - checking on it

Closing as 20.09 already includes newer versions
