As of August 1st, fpga-tool-perf issue #190 to correct the reported frequency of icestorm boards has been resolved. Now, all boards correctly report frequency in hertz.
However, this does not retroactively change fpga-tool-perf evaluations that were run before the fix was merged. Therefore, we need to create a processor that allows the user to explicitly fix the icestorm data to ensure that we can compare icestorm frequency data before and after the fix.
