You need to do

~ > ls -la ~/.local/share/GSC\ Game\ World/
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Call of Pripyat' -> '/home/gnidorah/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Stalker Call of Pripyat'
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.ltx

And remeber abount OpenGL 4.5 requirement, otherwise you will get error
Could not create drawing context: Could not create GL context: GLXBadFBConfig
