Running fpga-tool-perf with the icebreaker board test cases results in a max frequency that is 81.05, while the max frequencies of all other boards/toolchains are in the millions (e.g. 246366100). Here is an example output from Hydra.

This is presumably a bug and I assume 81.05 is in megahertz, so it should be 81050000 hz instead to conform with the other tests.
