Added dell xps 15-9500, with Intel and Nvidia prime configurations. Not sure this is the correct way to provide a default thermald-conf for this, but the chip isn't currently supported by default.

Removed xps-common, and migrated it to default.nix.

Should be set correctly after NixOS/nixpkgs#94064
is merged.

@bahaynes do you know what kernel version you were using with Nvidia? I was having some trouble with 20.09 on this, perhaps because of version issues:

So I'm currently using 5.4.81 and it's working with 455.45.01. I'm not exactly sure how kernel updates are applied from the unstable channel. Sorry about the delayed response!
