There all.json output has been removed from the artifacts, and only the meta.json files are now present.

I have noticed a higher run-time when fetching data from GCS in the colab page, most probably due to the high number of requests needed to get all the meta.json files.

Fetching a single file per build should greatly speed-up the fetching step in the colab page.
