Unknown bit in A35T #1862

During testing MMCM support an unknown bit was found:

# In frame 0x00400b9a 1 bits were not converted.
{ unknown_bit = "00400b9a_100_14", unknown_segment = "0x00400b80", unknown_segbit = "26_3214" }

This is for a design where the MMCM has its feedback through a BUFG. More details are to be filled in later.
