This adds support for the Nandland Go board (https://www.nandland.com/goboard/introduction.html). See also issue #145. The board definition is based on the ICE40HX1KBlinkEVNPlatform for reference, as well as on the schematic and the constraints file.
I haven't been able to test blinky on the Nandland Go board yet, but will once it arrives. I am mostly opening the PR for review, and in case anybody else wants to test it.
