Ideally we'd be able to rapidly search through thousands of waveforms and purge ones not matching a filter from the history. Halting when a filter is hit is a good starting point but not as powerful as we should have.

This should be extra powerful when combined with segmented memory and/or scopes with multi-Gbps streaming capability.

Closing as this feature doesnt exist in ngscopeclient, we can explore better filtering later.
