- All the margin of VNA Pool will be share to top-10 in share delegators having >= 100k ADA

- If Active Stake >= 1M ADA -> Margin = 1%
Notes:
- Special Offer Reward will be snapshot at the beginning of every Epoch and paid in the next of Epoch.

Special Offer Reward is calculated on the share of top-10 in share delegators having >= 100k ADA
- if top-10 delegators have the same stake -> each delegator get 10% of Stake Pool Margin
- if one delegator contribute 91% of top top-10 delegator, the other has the same amount -> 91% of Stake Pool Margin -> 91%-contribute-delegator , other get 1% Stake Pool Margin
- This offer is valid until the pool is Saturated
- All VNA Pool operation and maintaince cost is based on 340 ADA Fixed Cost
- At >= 1M ADA staked -> VNA Pool statiscally produce 1 block / epoch.
- This offer is very suitable for big-hodlers who do not want to operate a Stake Pool

- All nodes is hosted in Digital Ocean IaaS.
- 4CPU/8GB Memory per node (40$/month/node).
- 1 node for relay (proxy/forward).
- 1 node for block producing.
- Current Up-time/availability commitment 99,9% (9 hours downtime per year)
- Up-time/availability could be improved by having more nodes and better resilience system (need slot reward to upgrade)
- Flat fee will be used to maintain and upgrade the System.
- Margin will be no more than 1% (if the pool is saturated, higher fee is required to encourage delegator move to next VNA pool).
- Pool margin will be shared to top-10-delegators as Special Offer for big-delegator
