This tool generates man page during build time of python applications. But, we don't have build options in our script here, so this won't work right away.

The idea is to generate a man page from the opt/argparse arguments that dvsource-v4l2-other defines so you can do a "man dvsource-v4l2-other" and get a useful man page (required for debian packaging).

Fix the author information and then we can merge.
