To enable Syiro to be used reliably in certainly multilingual scenarios, implementing RTL support is necessary.

Some of this can be achieved with LESS and other instances may require a complete redesign of a Syiro Component to ensure it works for both LTR and RTL.

Now considered closed. Future components and functionality (issues #4 and #5) will support RTL OOTB.
