This PR moves around parts of the codebase:

  • all commands now under own dirs in core/commands
  • rename ipfs object -> ipfs dag
  • cleanup top level of codebase

This commit rearranges the entire command hierachy so that
the commands inside core/commands mirror the tool.
This commit renames the object subcommand to ipfs dag, a more
fitting name.
