fix merge issue on test_file.rb

on master classpath: is synonym to uri:classloader:/ the original test did try to create mkdir_p( classpath:/META-INF/jruby.home ) with uri:classloader:/ this directory exists as directory so the mkdir_p did nothing. using files which do produce the same "failures" as before Sponsored by Lookout Inc.
