There is lack of clarity in the preferred way of adding java extensions #1740

@headius previous posting #825 had both me and @yokolet foxed
....The "service" model of getting the code to load has largely (but unofficially) been deprecated in favor of simply using Java integration to boot up the extension directly, as seen in JRuby's OpenSSL ruby bits:....
I took in to mean that we should now be following the example of OpenSSL as I have done for my Vec3Library and loading the code like this but it would nice to get confirmation. Also is my use of java-8-lambda as suggested by NetBeans to replace ObjectAllocator() a good move!!!

Apparenty @headius was referring to BasicLibraryService since LibraryService is now being promoted, however there is clearly tmtowtdi, including implementing Library as used by @headius and @enebo and in the absence of clarification thats what I used in ruby-processing / JRubyArt
