Item13669: Macros topic has is no longer a good reference for a quick…

… lookup of macro syntax I decided to keep the Macros link and add the reference list to the left bar. I think newbies need quick access to the syntax rules also Having a quick reference that loads quickly is good for experienced users. I also fix the garbage user info I accidently checked in 10 mins earlier
