The wrong variable was used in the comparison for like post count limit checking
Updates the can use likes to hopefully act more sensible with the above setting. If you are below a post count threshold to use likes, it will only show the message like icon next to messages that have likes. Messages with no likes will have no icon, and of course no option is shown on hover to like/unlike
