This removes the unused DublinCoreDescribable and Fixity classes
It also removes the hasFixity property, which is defined in the premis namespace (the fcrepo4 codebase uses the premis definition). See the discussion here: #17
AFAIU, this change does not require any changes in the fcrepo4 codebase.
