Change 'about-resources' to 'about' for consistency

I think 'about-resources' used to be one page,
but other pages used it as a template, so now most pages have this class,
and only the main page doesn't...
so just use consistent style across all the about pages and be done with it.

Move "anchors" (bookmark) style to separate less file
