This reverts commit 6400bb2. The latest version of esm-framework/mock is mostly kept, with the mock API adapted to better match the real API.

Merged the differences between PatientDAOTest and HibernatePatientDAOTest into PatientDAOTest. There was only one test in HibernatePatientDAOTest that was no present in PatientDAOTest.
If wanted, I can delete the HibernatePatientDAOTest in a new commit.
