Yeah, this is unlikely to happen during the 1.7 timeframe due to the invasive nature of the class hierarchy changes required.

...but it will happen during the JRuby 9000 timeframe, which is (loosely) planned for this summer. Yay! Happy! 😄

My tests is passing in head now so I guess that prepend has been implemented?

Going to mark this fixed. I think there's one or two remaining issues, but it's there in 9k.
